The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our design your trip form. After receiving your trip design form, we’ll send you an email with a link to your agent's calendar. We will have an initial 30- minute consultation call, where we get to know you and discuss your travel profile and budget.  We will discuss travel time, seasons, and budget, as well as your interests and wish list so that you can be confident that your destination and itinerary are perfectly suited to you. Our goal is to prove our value through education and client empowerment. You can choose to have us be as hands-on or as hands-off as you wish!

We’ll begin our research and reach out to our specialized partners to design a trip customized to your unique tastes. Your feedback ensures we are on the right track, and we promise to tweak until it’s perfect. We will take insights from the intake call and apply our knowledge a proposal that we think meets all your travel wishes. We thrive on timely feedback during this stage of the planning process.

Once you’ve approved your proposal and accepted your final quote, we will send you an invoice for our consultation fee and the deposit amount. We will then book and reserve all your trip components to ensure a seamless trip. Please remember that deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.
